Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a 50% deposit. All reservations that are cancelled must be in a written notice and refunds or payment due will be applied to the schedule below from the first reserved day.

Cancellation greater than 60 days	50% of deposit refunded
Cancellation 60-30 days	No refund
Cancellation within 30 days	Full payment due
